Symptoms
After rebooting the instance it is not coming back, hence the SSH connection can not be established, this could be checked by connecting to a Serial Console to determine the status on it.
After checking the serial Console of the instance the following can be observed.
Changes
Some tuning parameters are modified and after that the instance is not coming back after reboot.
One main change that can cause this issue is the incorrect vm.nr_hugepages value, since this can consume all the memory of the server.
