Symptoms
User loading Items using FBDI process and it errored out in "Item Preprocessing" with below error
ERROR

.plsql.egp_import_process_pvt.Process_Items_ODL. Exception::ORA-01427: single-row sub query returns more than one row.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scheduled Processes > Load Interface for Import
2.Select Item Import
3. Process ends in Error.
