When attempting to log into Professional after importing a XER, the following error occurs:
Unable to connect to the database. Please run the Database Configuration tool or contact your administrator.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Import a XER through P6 Professional client.
2. Users see above error message when logging into P6 Professional client, which stops login.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into P6 Professional.
