Copying Resource Usage Spreadsheet Data From the Activities View Pastes a Limited Number of Columns to Excel (Doc ID 2525834.1)

Copying time distributed data from the activity view (bottom) Resource Usage Spreadsheet pastes only 14 columns of the spreadsheet data to Excel.


The full timescale of data from the Resource Usage Spreadsheet data should paste into Excel successfully.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign in to P6 Professional.
  2. Open a project.
  3. Browse to the Activities tab > show on bottom > Resource Usage Spreadsheet (resources left, activity id's middle, timescale right).
  4. Set the timescale of the spreadsheet (3 rows, Week/Day).
  5. Press Ctrl+A to select all, then copy the data and paste it into Excel.
  6. Observe the reported issue.
