Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Set Up Enterprise Structures-Manage Business Units

When attempting to access Manage Business Unit task,
the following error occurs.

UI Error: Remote Region Error #165

Error in UI Server: [2019-02-18T16:26:53.206+00:00] [UIServer_1] [ERROR] [ADF_FACES-30216] [oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.renderkit.rich.RegionRenderer] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '42' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId:xxxxx] [ecid: 005WYqNXzUJDsX5LrQt1iY0006DR00045U,0:2] [APP: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP#V2.0.7UZyALBgGoD0EAwW3GObNw] [DSID:0000M^1RLwyDSc5LrQ9DiY1SLJhz000_c0] Remote Region error #165: Producer at "http:/xxxxxx.com:10663/hcmUI/rr/" does not have a skin that matches this consumer.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application.
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance and search for Manage Business Unit task.
3. Click on the Task link, it throws reported error in next page.
