On :  11.13.19.01.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When selecting Search from Account Name DCL on Custom object nothing happens

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clicking search should load the Search and Select page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open custom object
2. Open existing record
3. Click account name LOV
4. Select Account name, this works
5. Click the Search link in the LOV, the Search and Select Page does not pop up
6. This works on all other Account Name DCL LOV's in all other custom objects
