IDCS App Gateway Is Not Working Properly Url Gets /:443 or /:80 Appended (Doc ID 2526048.1)

Symptoms

Request flow is as described below

User --> OCI Load balancer to App Gateway --> App gateway --> OCI Load balancer for application servers --> Application.

When request is redirected to user browser it shows https://FQDN/:80/AppHomePage or https://FQDN/:443/AppHomePage (notice /:80/ or /:443/) added to the url. Browser fails with error 404.
