PROBLEM STATEMENT

Compa ratio value on Manage Salary page not always showing correct value.

For example:

Couple of employees (new Hires) have blank compa ratio.

Customer stated there were some unplanned outage last weekend.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Navigator > Person Management > Manage Salary > Salary History > Compa-Ratio blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
=================
Compa Ratio should be consistent and show correctly for employees
