Symptoms

SSO integration between IDCS and Blissbook


The URL presented shows the following: https://<domainName>.blissbook.com/auth/saml
It appears that the domainName (contains blissbook as well) is doubled up in the above URL.
If the doubled domain name is removed, still the issue occurs

 

ERROR

1st Error :
"That organization doesn't exist. Please contact support@blissbook.com if this is unexpected."

2nd Error :
Unauthorized
Proper authorization is required for this area. Either your browser does not perform authorization, or your authorization has failed.
