ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The reminders on action plan's appointment action are not being received.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The reminders on action plan's appointment action should be received.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application and navigate to Service Request.
2. Open an existing Service Request.
3. Add a new action plan from the menu.
4. Click on the appointment action in the action plan.
5. Enter the start date, end date and set reminder to "15 minutes before".
6. An email reminder should be received 15 minutes prior to the appointment.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get reminders before the appointment
