Planning Central collection is running for long time and stuck at Extract Fusion Entity - WD_HEADERS, WD_OPERATION_COMPONENTS and WD_COMPONENT_SUBSTITUTES
Each process has been running for over 10hrs.
All the other Extracts took less than 1 minute.
Expect the extracts for these data entities to be the same timing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Collect Planning Data from Planning Central.
2. Hit the performance issue for the extract of the WD_HEADERS, WD_OPERATION_COMPONENTS and WD_COMPONENT_SUBSTITUTES data entities.
