Russian Characters Appear as Question Marks in Reports Saved to PDF

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When saving reports to PDF that contain Russian characters, the characters display as question marks (?).
Expect Russian characters to be displayed correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Prime Projects.
- Create a report, ensuring the contents contain Russian characters.
- Run the report, saving to PDF.
- Notice Russian characters in the saved PDF appear as question marks.
