Russian Characters Appear as Question Marks in Reports Saved to PDF (Doc ID 2526646.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When saving reports to PDF that contain Russian characters, the characters display as question marks (?).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Russian characters to be displayed correctly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. Create a report, ensuring the contents contain Russian characters.
  3. Run the report, saving to PDF.
  4. Notice Russian characters in the saved PDF appear as question marks.
