Symptoms



When attempting to perform Global transfer, Global Temporary Assignment, from a certain legal employer to Legal employer transaction for any  employee ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error occurred.Your help desk can ise the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 33, Server Domain: FADoamin, Server Instance: UIServer_as1_02, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Global Transfer. Error occurs.
The issue occurs when perform Global transfer, Global Temporary Assignment, Secondment to Legal employer transaction for any employee.
