"404 Not Found" Error When Launching Custom Screen From Navigator Menu (Doc ID 2526987.1)

When users select a custom screen from the Navigator menu in the upper left they receive error:

They do not get the error if they select open in new tab. This same screen opens fine from the Springboard.
