Symptoms

On : NA version, CX Mobile Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CX Cloud - Publish the changes doesn't work

After publishing the Sandbox the changes made in Mobile app composer are not applied
Customer is getting error message in Mobile app on some changes in Opportunity Detail page
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customization done in App composer should reflect in CX mobile app after publishing sandbox

 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sandbox.
2. Make changes to customization in Mobile Application Setup.
3. Publish sandbox.
4. Changes to customization re not present in CX Mobile.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use CX mobile app
