Voucher XML Is Not Having ReleaseAllocShipmentDetail Tag

Symptoms
When Generate Voucher XML by going to Business Process Automation >> Integration>>Integration Manager>> Perform an Integration Command
the XML is generated. However, when searching for Search for Tag ReleaseAllocShipmentDetail – in the xml file it is not found
The issue is that when users are allocating only by line, users are not able to see the ReleaseAllocShipmentDetail tag.
