On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You have an issue with one enrollment, which is getting stuck in a loop. You are getting a notification to approve enrollment request but the request has already been approved. Once you approve it just for trying, you still get an email to approve

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The above mentioned behavior is not expected. You should get approval notification once and when approved, it should not notify again

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Email received asking to approve Enrolment Request 86158
2) Navigate to the Partner Enrolment tab, Enrolment Request 86158
3) shows as status ‘Renewed’
4) Under the Pending Notifications, click ‘Approve’An email is then received again asking to approve the same Enrolment request that we have just approved.
