BI Interactive view isn't showing all the records (Doc ID 2527404.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer wasn't able to see all the records in interactive view whereas they were able to see all the records when they used PDF,HTML and Excel(*.xslx) view

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BI report interactive view should show all the records

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator->Reports and Analytics->Browse Catalog->New->Data Model
Create SQL Query based Data set
Review the output
Saved as Sample Data
Save the data set with appropriate folder
Create Report by using Data model
Click Next and select layout and page option
Click Next and select the required columns
Select View Report and Finish it
