Error 'Exception in module PM.EXE' When Working in P6 Professional Using CloudConnect With Client Side Cache Enabled (Doc ID 2527478.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify data in an project, activity, etc. an error like the following occurs.

Exception in module PM.EXE at 0000000000000000.
Error executing Transaction. Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 and open a project.
2. Make changes.
3. View error.
