Error is not being logged in FILE_UPLOAD_ERRORS table for an invalid item.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Place an invalid item in stock count file.
- Note file is showing status as 'F' in FILE_UPLOAD_STATUS table and there is no entry in FILE_UPLOAD_ERRORS table for the invalid item.
