Symptoms

Unable to transmit emails on Argus PRODUCTION

The following shows up in the log file:

The repeating error message:

Date, Time >> General Email > Enterprise DEFAULT : Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 208228. SMTP protocol error. 554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SubmissionQuotaExceededException; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message The message can't be submitted because the sender's submission quota was exceeded. SubmissionQuotaExceededException: The message can't be submitted because the sender's submission quota was exceeded. [Hostname=<HOSTNAME>.prod.outlook.com].
Could not send mail through SMTP for Email ID 208229.
