Trying to consume Enterprise Contract Creation Web Service and facing below mention issue,

WSDL: https:/[HOSTNAME]/fscmService/ContractServiceV2?WSDL
Operations: createContract


Issues:

Issues in Header Table:
1. EstimatedAmount is not pouplated in database Table while 60000 tag has been passed.
2. PRICING_SEGMENT_CODE is not populating in Database Table while PS has been passed.
3. SUBTOTAL is not populating in Database Table while 60000 tg has been passed.

Issues in Line Table:
1. when i am passing 300000001808348 tag for price list Web service is giving error.
JBO-25072: Applying List binding LOV_PriceBookGrp with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ContractHeaderEO_ContractAllLine_ContractHeaderVOToContractAllLineVO_ContractAllLineVO, key oracle.jbo.Key[300000003796221 ]


Issue In Charges:

1. PRICE_TYPE_CODE is always populating ONE_TIME while i am passing RECURRING Value in it.
2. Below Columns are not populating while respective tag has been passed.
