Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Data Load in SaaS environment.
When trying to upload Cost Allocation for elements eligibility, though the dates are in correct format, the following error occurs.
ERROR
The dates 1951-01-01 and 4712-12-31 for the source type EL with name <element link name> in the legislative data group AE Legislative Data Group for CostAllocation are invalid.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to Data Exchange work area > Import and Load UI.
3. Upload the Dat file.
