ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inconsistent results from Global Search

Users see different results if he has the same input in the Global Search box.
User A complained that he cannot find a value even using percentage sign before, after or before and after in Global Search.
With another user B the value appeared on the global search.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To have the same results for all the users.
