Not Able To Activate Integration (Doc ID 2528099.1)

On : NA version, General issues

Not able to activate integration

When try to activate an integration we have always the following exception that seems related to the OSC Adapter:


ERROR
-----------------------
Integration "OSC_TO_ELO_SCHED_MODELPKL" cannot be activated because of an internal error. Incident has been created with ID: 736.
CASDK-0005: A connector specific exception was raised by the application.

section is no found for the Resource: LoyMembers".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Activate an integration
2. Monitor the issue.
