Run Participant Assignments completed with error.

ERROR MESSAGE
Error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too smal

STEPS
1. Set up Role Assignment Rules
2. Deploy Participant Assignment Rules
3. Run Participant Assignments

Note:  Run All Participant Processes jobset will run steps # 2 and # 3 above.
