ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When policy alerts are set to go to a specific email address which is a distribution list and click verify "Send confirmation code", no confirmation email is sent.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Confirmation email should be sent to the email address.
