Symptoms

The following error is displayed when trying to run a report in Insight (OBIEE): "Error: View Display Error: Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW)." Expand the Error Details shows "An error of nQSError: 60009 is a report timeout."

Changes

Release 19A introduced a 5-minute (300-second) time limit on running reports.
