On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Setup Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the process Create Customer Statements the process does not pick up any transactions for the statements

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Statement should generate with transactions

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Scheduled Processes
2. Create Customer Statements
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create statements.
