On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Crediting
Deleting credit rules via Rules Service deleted from cn_rs_rules_all_tl but not cn_rs_rules_all_b
With recent solution deliverable of 18.10, were unable to delete rules. but when tried delete the credit rules data only deleted from CN_RS_RULES_ALL_TL and were not deleted from CN_RS_RULES_ALL_B. Customer were using operation processRule of the Incentive Compensation Credit Rule webservice.
Would like to understand whether having the base rule entries in CN_RS_RULES_ALL_B will interfere either with recreating the rules or with the crediting process - e.g. will the rules count as matches to our transactions? If so, can these rules be deleted?
