There are situations where customer may face issues with the Cloud Console where the instruction never reaches to the Control plane/ Agent layer.
The first action plan is to clear the browser cache OR to use another browser. If the issue persists, then we can ask the customer to try with CLI OR API.
Now some customers are not comfortable with these alternatives and will insist to involve Development.
In this situation, we may need to involve the Console team (CON) to investigate further.
Before involving the Console team, we may need to collect the the browser logs generated during the operation.
