Symptoms

User can't use receive entire shipment. Appears an error message.

IB Shipment: <SHIPMENT_NUM>
Module: IBShipment/ Option: Receive Entire Shipment

When user tries to receive the entire shipment there is an error message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into prod environment
2. query shipment number in the IB shipment Screen
3. See error message : Receive entire shipment <SHIPMENT_NUM> failed
