(Doc ID 2528589.1)
Last updated on JULY 17, 2024
Applies to:
Oracle Warehouse Management Enterprise Edition Cloud Service - Version 22.1 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Details
Due to Oracle’s on-going efforts to maintain security in all Oracle Cloud environments, Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud (Oracle WMS Cloud) Services will replace SSL certificates for all customer environments during upcoming maintenance windows in May.
We will complete this work during your standard (time and day of the week) maintenance window as noted in the notifications you received.
This certificate is valid for the domain wms.ocs.oraclecloud.com. The current certificate expires on June 12th, 2025.
Actions
The following actions may be required on your part:
- Certain customer integration systems that connect to the Oracle WMS Cloud application may require uploading the new certificate. Please consult your Integration Administrator if your specific integration system requires manual SSL certificate import.
- Any customers using Single Sign-On (SSO) may also need to upload the new SSL certificate to their Identity Provider (IDP). Please consult your IDP Administrator about whether your IDP requires a new certificate upload. No action is required if you do not have SSO-based authentication.
- This certificate change does not impact Oracle WMS Cloud Web UI or the RF application, so it will have no impact on the WMS application accessed via the browser or SSH when using the local WMS users
A notification will be sent containing the date and time of the WMS application update in the test and production environments.
