BI Publisher Reports not in Correct Folders in P6EPPM Report Tab after Upgrade to 18.8.2.0 (Doc ID 2528601.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Primavera P6 EPPM Cloud customer upgraded from 17.11.0.0 to 18.8.2.0.

Post upgrade, reports were not showing in the correct folders when viewed from the P6 EPPM 'Reports' tab. The reports show in the correct folders when viewed from BI Publisher directly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Reports should appear in the folders in which they resided before the environment was upgraded to 18.8.2.0.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Login to P6 EPPM Web after the environment is upgraded to 18.8.2.0.
   2. Select the 'Reports' tab.
   3. Notice that the reports are not residing in the expected folders.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users have to search for the desired reports because they do not reside in the expected folders.
