BI Publisher Reports not in Correct Folders in P6EPPM Report Tab after Upgrade to 18.104.22.168

Primavera P6 EPPM Cloud customer upgraded from 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206.
Post upgrade, reports were not showing in the correct folders when viewed from the P6 EPPM 'Reports' tab. The reports show in the correct folders when viewed from BI Publisher directly.
Reports should appear in the folders in which they resided before the environment was upgraded to 220.127.116.11.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 EPPM Web after the environment is upgraded to 18.104.22.168.
2. Select the 'Reports' tab.
3. Notice that the reports are not residing in the expected folders.
Due to this issue, users have to search for the desired reports because they do not reside in the expected folders.
