P6 Links Are Missing on the Cloud Portal Page (Doc ID 2528806.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to access P6 EPPM on the Cloud Portal page, there are no P6 icons/links available.  The following errors were found in the log file:

DEBUG com.oracle.pgbu.cat.common.syncjob.SyncCompanyService - User <userid> does not exist in PrimaveraP6Production, Removing the Association..

ERROR com.oracle.pgbu.pca.services.RoleServices - Unable to load Roles from Identity management Server

DEBUG com.oracle.pgbu.pca.dao.UserResourceApi - Unable to deprovision PrimaveraP6Production to - <userid> in Identity System
Caused by: oracle.iam.identity.exception.NoSuchUserException: IAM-3054135:No user found for the criteria User Login<login>.:User Login<login>

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Primavera P6 Cloud Portal page.
  2. Note that no P6 icons/links are available.
  3. View errors in log file.
