Symptoms

Problem Description:

When moving a candidate to HR, the following error is received:

 Even with the error, the candidate can be seen as Pending Worker in Core HR but the candidate still shows in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) with a Phase/State of Offer - Accepted.
