Symptoms

In Internet Explorer and Edge browsers:
Manage Project Costs page, Transaction Date section;
When entering the Date range, the OK button is hidden (not shown) and customer cannot navigate to it, there is no scroll bar.

Customer should press TAB to navigate to the OK button.

The page is displayed correctly in Firefox and Chrome browsers
