Unable to Delete an Incomplete Source Line (Doc ID 2529018.1)

Goal

You have an incomplete source line to be deleted.  You are not able to successfully update the queue to Delete using the User Interface (UI) or Prepare spreadsheet.
The queue is not updated and the source line remains under the Additions infotile.
