How to Clear the Product Notifications Queue of Notify-Me Emails (Doc ID 2529086.1)

Goal

During testing on a production environment customers will often submit calls to the product notification endpoint.
Occasionally they may not want those notify-me emails to actually get sent, so how can the product notification list of queued emails be cleared?

We have created some product notifications, notify-me emails, on some products for some users and we do not want those emails to go out, how can we delete or remove the product notification for this user or all users?
