Customer should log an SR to schedule a hotfix deployment.
Please understand the following about patch deployments:
1. There are 2 operational teams deploying patches for these products, one in the US/Eastern timezone and one in the India IST timezone.
2. Oracle applies patches during normal business hours, i.e. M-F 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., based on the above operational timezones.
