Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into P6 Professional using Cloud Connect the following errors may occur:
1. Unable to connect to database. Please run the database configuration tool or contact your administrator.
2. [Red X icon] P6 Client-side Cache Error
Unable to communicate with cloud server,
Retrying #1 of 12 retries.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch P6 Professional.
2. Enter login credentials.
3. View reported error.
