Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, .Manage Compensation
When using "Centrally Managed and Stored" to generate compensation statements to share with employees via Employee Self Service,
and after running the "Process Workforce Compensation Change" process and then attempting to generate the statement
the following error occurs.

The template to generate statement is not available in the template repository. Please check with your system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Configure Global Settings > Enable Worker Statements > Yes
2. To test statements before using Centrally Managed and Stored selected Printed and Delivered by Managers and statement generated as expected.
3. Ran batch process "Process Workforce Comp Change"
4. Generate Statement > Error
