ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Existing SCORM content is not playing after upgrade to 19A (in Internet Explorer 11)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SCORM contents should be playing after the upgrade.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. My Client Groups
2. Learning
3. Catalog Resources
4. Click on any SCORM Content, and click on Preview
5. The attempt errors, with a failure to initialize error message.
