Error 'The request could not be processed' When Attempting to Open the ER Views Linked to the Schedule Manager (Doc ID 2529432.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open the ER views linked to the Schedule Manager the following error occurs:

The request could not be processed. Try logging in again. For more information, contact your system administrator.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to the Company workspace >  Data structure setup >  ER views > Schedule Manager.
  2.  Observe the reported error.
