Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When entering 401k deduction as an amount, it gets deducted from both regular and supplemental earnings. If 401k deduction is entered as a percentage, it is only deducted from regular earnings (not supplemental).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Regardless of whether the 401k deduction is entered as an amount or percentage, it should still deduct from both regular earnings and supplemental.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Quickpay.
2. See 401k results.
