Issues after upgrade from 18C to 19A: error exporting data to Excel


Export is incomplete due to error JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Go to Manage Items
Click on Search
Once the results are returned, do Export to Excel. You will see the issue in
exported excel.
