Fusion-Taleo: New Hire / Candidate Is Not Imported Into Fusion

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In a Fusion-Taleo with the out-of-box integration, after running the process to export new hires/candidates from Taleo and import the result into Fusion the expected results are not present in Fusion.
- The process works as expected for other new hires.
- The new hire/candidate reached a configured exportable status during the relevant time period.
- The Exportable Status configuration has FusionHCM for the External System Field, as required.
- The new hire/Candidate has an accepted Offer (seen in the submissions Offer tab).
The process to import new hires into Fusion from Taleo is run.
