On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

"Validation Failed" message when trying to save some contacts

Customer have a user that is getting a "Validation Failed" message when attempting to save a change to some contacts. It is not happening on all contacts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save contact in Outlook
2. Receive error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save some contacts in Outlook
