Voucher Expiration Is Not Working Automatically (Doc ID 2529767.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Loyalty Member

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer created vouchers to a loyalty member, they set Expiration Date on voucher and the voucher is expired but the Status is Available.
Customer expect when today is greater than voucher expiration date the voucher status set to Expired automatically.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Member
2.Select Vouchers
3.Set the expiration date.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot set Expiration Date on voucher .
