Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to create clause in contract plugin
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
An internal error occurred. Contact System Administrator


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contract terms tab
2. actions download contract
3. Select word and last revision document options
4. XML is opened in word and macro appears installed
5. Under Oracle contracts tab user only sees options for Download, upload, and compare
